Standard wig orders are fulfilled within 7-14 business days after the date of purchase. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding all holidays.

Rush wig orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days. There is an option to rush any order, however there will be a fee of $50.

All wigs include shipping.

Due to health concerns there are NO refunds nor exchanges for wig orders.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. With this number you will be able to track your package's location and estimated arrival. We are not responsible for your package after being received by the post office.
